Returns
Each Noor Jahan piece is part of an exclusive, limited collection — crafted by hand and made to be treasured. As such, all sales are final.
We do, however, stand fully behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
To report a damaged or faulty item, email noorulnoura@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Delivery
We offer complimentary tracked shipping on all UK orders, delivered within 2–5 working days.
We ship internationally to Europe, the US, Canada, the Middle East, Qatar, and beyond. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If you have any questions before placing your order, don’t hesitate to reach out.

How do I choose my size?
Our abayas are sized by height, ranging from 52 to 60. You’ll find a full size guide on each product page to help you find your perfect fit.
When will my order arrive?
UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days from dispatch. For international orders, delivery times vary — feel free to email us for a more specific estimate.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I swap it?
As all our pieces are exclusive and limited, we are unable to offer exchanges or accept returns for sizing. We encourage you to refer to our size guide carefully before ordering, and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need help choosing.
How should I care for my abaya?
Our velvet abayas are crafted with delicate zardozi embroidery and beadwork. We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand washing in cold water. Always store hanging to maintain the shape and beauty of the fabric.
Do you offer made-to-measure?
We occasionally take made-to-measure commissions. Reach out to us at noorulnoura@gmail.com to discuss your requirements and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Will sold-out pieces come back?
Each Noor Jahan piece is made in limited numbers, so restocks are not always possible. Join our mailing list to be the first to know about new drops and restocks.
Do you ship to my country?
